In 2010, Massimo, a seasoned physical therapist and clinic director, faced a problem many in his field were struggling with—inefficient and costly documentation. Dictation services and paper-based record keeping were not only draining his clinic’s budget, but also creating barriers to timely, accurate patient care.
What started as a search for a more affordable solution quickly became a mission: to develop an intuitive documentation system tailored to the unique workflows of physical, occupational, and speech therapists. From this vision, Dambrosio EMR was born.
